By using LifeQuest, you accept these terms.
1. Service
LifeQuest is a personal-development gamification app: you track real skills, take on declarative challenges, get validated by the community and make progress. The content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes; it does not constitute professional advice (medical, financial, legal).
2. Account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the accuracy of your declarations. Progress relies on honesty: fraudulent validations may lead to account suspension.
3. Community content
You retain ownership of the content (proofs, contributions) you submit, and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as part of the service. Illegal, hateful or misleading content is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Premium (€19.99/month) and the Income Module (€25/month) are recurring subscriptions, cancellable at any time; access is retained until the end of the paid period. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms' terms and billing policies.
4a. Refund policy
For purchases made on the App Store (iOS): refund requests are handled directly by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. LifeQuest has no control over Apple's refund decisions.
For purchases made on Google Play (Android): you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase via the Google Play app or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Beyond 48 hours, contact us at thb.lemong@gmail.com and we will handle your request within 5 business days.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
5. Advertising
Free accounts may display advertising. The Premium subscription removes it.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited under the conditions provided by law.
7. Modification and termination
We may evolve the service and these terms; significant changes will be flagged. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
