LifeQuest ("we") operates the web and mobile application available at mylife.logee.fr. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of LifeQuest (see Legal Notice). Contact: thb.lemong@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account: username, email address, password (stored encrypted with bcrypt), avatar (emoji + color), bio.
- Progress: skills tracked, levels, XP, badges, streaks, completed challenges, community votes, bonus stars.
- Community proofs: texts and media (photo/video) you submit voluntarily, hosted at Scaleway (EU, France).
- Income module (optional): income amounts and sources you enter yourself.
- Payment: handled by our providers LogeePay / Stripe; we store no bank card data.
- Technical: IP address (anti-abuse security, rate limiting), activity logs, device type.
- Advertising & measurement: see section 6 and the cookie policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Retention periods
Account data is kept as long as the account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time (section 7). Technical security logs are purged automatically within a few weeks.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We use strictly necessary sub-processors: Scaleway (hosting/storage, EU), LogeePay / Stripe (payment), Google (advertising and measurement, see section 6). Each acts under its own compliance commitments.
6. Advertising (Google AdSense / AdMob)
For free users, we display advertising provided by Google AdSense (web) and, eventually, Google AdMob (mobile app). Google and its partners may use cookies or identifiers to serve and measure ads.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising and measurement are enabled only after your consent, collected via our consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2).
- You may change or withdraw your consent at any time (the "Manage my cookies" link in the footer).

- Ad-free: the Premium subscription removes all ads.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise them: thb.lemong@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
8. Security
Encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS/TLS transport, security headers (CSP, HSTS), anti-abuse rate limiting, strict access control. See also our terms of use.
9. Minors
The service is not intended for children under 15 without parental consent (Article 8 GDPR, French threshold).
